How to publish a podcast for free

I have a little podcast called  Cocktale Hour that I run for about a dollar a month. I look at other services like Blubrry and Libsyn, and am shocked that they charge you for that service. I use a mix of antique, free services from Google and storage and delivery from Amazon. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it struck me that maybe there is a need for someone to help podcasters out that don't want to pay for a subscription.  I can offer specific advice for what to do, but the whole thing looks like this: So, do you want some help or not?
